We Believe…

The most successful businesses, organizations and schools know a secret. The way to bring everyone together, advance your organization and achieve success is through establishing a foundation based on principles. Why? Because principles always work, and they never change, making them a reliable foundation for success! I founded this company on principles of success, and it is my goal to bring those same principles to your group through every program. I always highlight stories and demonstrate the “how to” behind successful transformations in both thought and action. Two of my favorite foundational principles are:

The Integrity Principle: Integrity is the state of being whole and complete. You’ll experience what it feels like to “go the distance” and do what it takes to finish the job at hand. Living this principle allows your organization to achieve more – better, faster and stronger!

The Honesty Principle: Telling the truth is always the best route, but it goes much further than that. Living based on the Honesty Principle means embracing your authentic self, supporting the truth and living up to your word. This creates trust, and when your organization has trust, anything is possible!

Adrian Anthony, MBA

Adrian Anthony overcame odds that defined his journey toward speaking professionally and inspiring others with his message. After arriving as a Freshman on the campus of Florida A&M University with very little in terms of resources and less than $300 in his pocket, Adrian successfully navigated his way, and became a magna cum laude graduate with student leadership experiences ranging from A&S Liasion/Student Senator in Student Government to Vice-President of the Tampa Bay Club. After graduating, Adrian worked in Corporate America, developing a territory that surpassed district competitors and became #1 in the district. Adrian’s calling to help youth caused him to transition from corporate roles to Education, where he became a Certified Teacher with three “Teacher of the Year” nominations and praise from Administrators for his creative techniques used to reach and teach in the classroom. Adrian has successfully taught subjects including reading, language arts, science, history, and business. He has also taught students with disabilities. Adrian’s desire to empower students has pointed him towards the path that he is on today.

One of his greatest accomplishments is the mentorship of young men, and his first opportunity to do so came from meeting several students after giving a talk at a local summer camp. When two young men approached him after the talk with the goal of one day attending college, Adrian personally developed a mentoring relationship with them, doing mentorship activities, including taking them to college and answering late-night calls. Today, two of the students are successfully employed college graduates and now a third is headed to school to be the first of four siblings in his family to attend college. Adrian uses his story, humor and background in both Corporate America and as a certified Teacher to connect with students and inspire them to live their best lives now!
